Project 2- Destroy the Icon- Iterations

So I changed my idea a little bit to focus more on the aesthetic of Darth Vader, that way it wouldn't be as direct. So I chose different images and icons that I felt represented Vader well. The color scheme is pretty consistent, but that's just because I liked these colors and didn't really want to change them.

  Here is my icon :) Darth Vader is an icon to me, because I feel like anyone could recognize his famous breathing and his helmet shape. I chose this particular photo because it is from the legendary "No, I am your father" scene that I feel like almost everyone knows or has at least heard a reference to before. I've known almost my whole life who Darth Vader was, and that he was Luke's father, before I had even watched a single Star Wars movie.

Project 4- Visual Sequential Narrative- Ideas

 So I'm still a little confused as to what exactly I'm going to do for this project, but at the moment I'm thinking I might focus on the process of a drawing. Especially my charcoal drawings, there is a lot that goes into the process and so I think that would be interesting to focus on. The process of my artwork has always been something really intriguing to me, and I love seeing how a piece progresses the more I work on it. That's all I have for right now so hopefully that will lead me somewhere.  Here are some of the photos I'm working with that I've taken.
